JetBlue cancels flights, to present 'Bill of Rights'
After cancelling nearly a quarter of its weekend flights and with more flight disruptions to come, JetBlue says it plans to install its own customer 'Bill of Rights', penalising itself and rewarding passengers if it doesn't adjust to cancellations.
