Three Indonesian airlines upgraded to top safety rank
Indonesian aviation authorities have upgraded the safety rankings of three domestic airlines to its top category, where previously only flag carrier Garuda Indonesia sat, reports said Tuesday.

Garuda planning to reopen flight route to Europe
National flag carrier Garuda Indonesia is planning to reopen its flight route to the European Union, the airline's chief, Emirsyah Satar, said Wednesday.

Survivors say jet shook before landing
