Even more hyperlocal than "Notting Hill", there was the movie "Mulholland Drive." And about Texas, there was the classic "Red River."
Good one Marilyn. You've opened a whole new can of worms there with the hyperlocal theme. "Arlington Road" is the first thing that springs to mind for me. You could also go hyperlocal address specific, like "84 Charing Cross Road".
