its not all that wierd to fix dentures on the spot... i could do it with a normal household tool set.
and i bet he uses all those extracted teeth to make the dentures. he may match the shade and shape,grind off the roots, and glue the teeth to the pink plastic.

wowsers. I'm an American Dental Hygienist. Using real teeth in a denture is not a GREAT option, as the teeth get weak after sterilization and having no remineralization available to them since there is no nerve/blood supply. I guess if you're shopping for denture repair in a market in Africa this is about as viable an option as you're bound to run across.
