Coffee of the Day - Milan
Italy has its own coffee buying rituals. At most places you have to buy the coffee first, then you are given a ticket which you then give to the Barista. Also having a coffee at the bar is cheaper than sitting down at a table.

I was changing trains at Milan Central Station, enough time for a quick espresso. This was 1 Euro. You can get an espresso in Italy for 60 cents, but train stations, like airports, have a captive audience and tend to charge more.

Coffee of the Day - Marrakech
It can get surprisingly cold in Morroco in November. This morning was shrouded in a chilly fog. I'm glad to be here at this time of year rather than during the summer.

Coffee in Maastricht
I have been served coffee at different places in Maastricht with a little side cup of liqueur and whipped cream. I'm not sure if this is soley a Maastricht tradition. They also give you a little chocolate, which makes for a nice touch.
