Airline declares 'zero tolerance' on loutish behaviour
Thomas Cook Airlines has issued a 'zero tolerance' warning after a spate of bad behaviour including drunken passengers, jokes about bombs in Iuggage, and a passenger opening the door of a Boeing 757 as it pulled up at Zakynthos Airport last Thursday.
