The Transportation Security Administration has relaxed laws banning all hand luggage, now allowing passengers to carry up to four ounces of non prescription medicine, glucose gel for diabetics, solid lipstick and baby food. It will, however, demand that all passengers remove their shoes so they may be X-rayed.
