Living costs rise in London as Oslo remains dearest city
The cost of living in London has skyrocketed, moving it from 7th to 4th place on the Economist's annual price survey of a basket of goods bought in 132 cities worldwide, a list topped by Oslo, Paris and Copenhagen.
