British Airways: fly the flag - lose your bag
A study of major European airlines has revealed that British Airways has the worst record for losing passengers luggage, with 23 items per 1000 flyers going missing at the UK carrier.

Air passengers offered free train tickets
Greenpeace has offered air passengers on a BA flight from Gatwick to Newquay free train tickets in an effort to encourage them to use greener transport methods.
